Meet Our Team

Nicholle Fahringer

Nicholle’s background was in television advertising. She spent decades in the corporate culture of marketing and business but always yearned to do something more personal, something, well, more important. Being of service to a family as they navigate a sometimes stressful, emotional transition from one phase of life to the next seemed like a perfect fit, so she took it when the opportunity presented itself. Nicholle truly enjoys helping clients navigate what can be a difficult endeavor through her meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of organizing and facilitating their estate sale needs. She also enjoys the fun of seeing customers leave a sale, smiling, with their finds, sharing what a pleasure it is for them to shop a clean, well staged, friendly estate sale. It is fun, gratifying work when it’s done right. And Nicholle and her team do it right! When Nicholle is not at work, she can usually be found somewhere with Honey, the one-eyed wonderdoodle, who is the White Hat Estate Sales Director of Barketing.

Alan Fahringer

Alan, like Nicholle, has a passion for helping others. He spent almost two decades serving as an executive for three esteemed life skills academies, guiding men and women out of addiction and through the hard work of personal redemption and reinvention to becoming law-abiding, contributing members of their communities. When he hit retirement age, instead of retiring (that’s for old people) he started White Hat Estate Sales with Nicholle. They’ve never looked back. Alan’s logistical and managerial acumen along with his “drill sergeant” persona make him a natural at contracting and coordinating every estate sale and Modified Liquidation the White Hat team takes on. When Alan is at work he’s all business but he has a relaxed side too. When he’s not at work, he’s very likely on a ski slope, on his Harley or in a hot yoga class. But don’t tell anyone about the yoga. It might dilute his hard-edged, no-nonsense image.
